You can feel the energy in our dynamic group classes as you build strength, mobility, balance and agility. Modifications are always offered to ensure everyone can participate at a level that’s accessible — and our coach check-ins help you see how you’re progressing.

Our method

Our group workouts are focused on continual improvements in mobility, strength, balance and agility. Every workout will be different while incorporating all the elements to get you feeling and moving your best. Variations are provided so that you can find the movement that feels good in your body and matches your fitness level as you grow. We’ll measure your progress in mobility and strength with check-ins every 6 weeks.

Getting started

Group fitness is based on a monthly membership. You can join at any time during the month . Once you sign-up, a coach will reach out to you to schedule a 1:1 and fitness assessment. We are excited to get you started on your path to more strength and vitality.

Group Classes take place Tuesday & Thursday from 1-2PM at bStrong in Bellevue.
