In Three Months, You Will:

  1. Understand the foundations of nutritious meal planning and the difference between macro and micro nutrition.

  2. Have the knowledge necessary to create a day-to-day nutrition plan that honors your health and personal goals.

  3. Feel confident when going to the grocery store and shop in a way that allows for successful meal preparation.

  4. Feel empowered by your nutrition decisions without guilt, shame or fear.

  5. Use language when referring to food that gives food no power.

  6. Understand and create strategies for mindful eating.

  7. Be able to identify triggers that affect food intake and solutions to manage these triggers.

  8. Have a personal experience through trial and error on what foods makes you feel your best.

Kristin Finley, RDN, LD, CPT

Kristin is a dedicated professional with a passion for promoting health and wellness. She pursued her education at Oregon State University on a gymnastics scholarship, earning a degree in General Dietetics. Following her graduation, Kristen completed a rigorous dietetics internship at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

With a solid foundation in clinical dietetics, Kristin devoted a decade to this field before taking a hiatus to raise her three boys. In 2017, she returned to her passion for dietetics and expanded her expertise by becoming a certified personal trainer.
