Strength Training + Nutrition

Are you starting to feel the impact of aging and the hormonal shifts from menopause? If you are frustrated with loss of muscle, low energy, stiff joints and weight gain or just want to reinvigorate your desire to live a healthy lifestyle, the program is for you!

Group Strength Training (1x/week)

Get ready for a fun and functional monthly program with a sisterhood of women that will progressively improve your mobility, balance and strength. You will move with more ease, recognize increased strength in your body and start to envision all that is possible.

Nutrition

We are excited to provide a monthly virtual nutrition program focused on simple principles that can easily be incorporated into your lifestyle. We will first address readiness to change, set goals and share important tip, tricks and tools to meal planning and preparation for busy lives. We will address the issues brought on by aging and menopause and the most proven and effective approaches to maintaining optimal health during this life stage. Most importantly, you will discover the foods that help you feel your best.
