My Story

Studio Bloom really started with my own personal story. As I aged, I was finding that the traditional workout programs weren’t meeting my needs. The gentler workouts like yoga and Pilates weren’t building strength in the way I wanted, and the alternative programs left me feeling worn out and in pain. Through my Exercise & Sport Science background and testing various methods, I discovered a methodology for building strength in a way that felt good in my body. By supplementing each workout with specific exercises to prevent injury, incorporating mobility training to ensure ease of movement, and finishing each workout with recovery modalities, I found that women can continue exceling in daily life and their recreational activities without feeling beaten down. I believe we all have immense potential, and that building strength and ease of movement is the key to unlock that door.

At Studio Bloom, we strive to meet you where you are in your fitness journey, understand your goals and guide and inspire you to achieve. We want you to feel powerful in your body and mind. We want you to feel seen and supported by a community of like-minded individuals who also want to live well longer. In the end, we are strengthening bodies & lifting souls.
