Studio Bloom Fitness Offerings

Personal training

We offer 1:1 or 2:1 training based on your goals and desired outcomes. Each personal training program starts with a vision session to review your goals and develop a plan. We will also perform a functional fitness assessment to give you insight into your strengths and areas of opportunity. Every 6 weeks we will retest and check in. We use a proven approach to building strength with functional fitness phases that meet you where you are in your fitness journey and progress at your pace, allowing you to see and feel the results. All of our sessions include exercises to avoid injury (prehab), strength & mobility training, as well as recovery modalities so that you leave feeling your best.

Small group classes

Our small group classes are fun, variable and progressive. The format varies but always includes a dynamic warmup and prehab exercises to prevent injury as we age, a series of functional strength exercises and mobility training to keep you moving the way you want. And, a cohort of women to support and motivate you along the way.
